NATIONAL STUDENT HOUSING EXCELLENCE PARTNERSHIP

NSHEP Founders Research Available on Kindle

A collection of academic studies undertaken by the authors for postgraduate qualifications from the School of the Built Environment at the University of Salford, in Manchester. They were written between 2013 and 2017 and it is intended that a

postscript will be added periodically in a similar style to keep the works updated. The works look at trends in student housing and how it affects the local environment in Durham, politically, socially and economically. Whilst focusing on Durham it draws comparisons with other cities. The issues raised in the studies are not unique to Durham and have been used as a basis for discussion and policy formation in other university cities.
